Hello
@Abhishek kumar9374
Dear Sir/Madam,
We have carefully reviewed your complaint against
Lenskart.
As per your submission, you placed an order for glasses on
Lenskart and initiated a return during the delivery period. Lenskart picked up the product successfully, but instead of refunding the amount to your original bank account, they credited the money as store credit within the Lenskart app. You have clearly stated that you do not wish to make any future purchases from
Lenskart, which makes the store credit entirely unusable and of no value to you. Since the original payment was made from your bank account, you rightfully expect the refund to be returned to the same source.
We acknowledge receipt of your complaint and the details you have shared.
Before filing a case at
e-jagriti.gov.in, we strongly suggest you first send a formal Legal Notice to:

Lenskart Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
Plot No. 14, Sector 44, Gurugram,
