I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding my highly unsatisfactory experience with LittleBox India.
I placed an order on 21st April 2025 for a Summer Elegant Solid Color Puff Sleeve Cinch Waist Dress (Size L). The delivery took over a week, and upon receiving the product, I found that the size did not fit. I immediately initiated a return, for which I was charged an additional ₹99.
Despite returning the dress, I received no communication or update from the company regarding the replacement or refund. After repeated follow-ups, including messages and support tickets, there was still no timely response. Even now, the company has not issued my refund.
It has been almost a month since I placed the order, and the entire experience has caused undue mental stress. The dress is no longer of use, as the occasion for which it was intended has passed. I do not wish to receive the product anymore — I am only requesting the refund I am legally entitled to.
I kindly request the consumer court to take strict action and direct the seller to issue my full refund immediately, including the return charges, and to address this case of negligence and poor service.
