The Live Plants had booked by Air bearing consignement no. D3009916873 dated 12.09.2026 from Bilaspur to Bongaigaon. An amount of Rs.1800.00 paid for the Air delivery charges. The designated route was Bilaspur ➔ Delhi Airport ➔ Guwahati Airport ➔ Bongaigaon. However, the tracking shows the item was incorrectly delivered/routed to Agartala on 15/09/2026 and has been stuck there for more than 2(two) days. The said consignment had moved after request/inform/ lodged complaints to DTDC. The DTDC finally delivered the consignement on 21.09.2026 insted of 18.09.2026. The Live Plants had destroyed due to long delivery and misrouted.
