It's been more than 10 days that we have submitted a service request to LivPure RO through App. We have called the customer service team almost each and everyday hoping to get the service request done. Till date they are cheating in the name of giving excuses of manpower issues. Actually LivPure RO was not even knowing that their service person has left their company. I found out literally when I took the initiative to find the person to contact him to know what's the reason for this much of delay for a service request. Even the WhatsApp automated alert was wrong as it sent the person's contact who has left LivPure Team 15 days back. I am sure there will be a notice period, Just like in every corporate areas. Within that time period, LivPure RO should have made a replacement.

What's more sad and disappointing is, Chennai is a the main place of Tamilnadu and they are not able to find a replacement for such a big place even. How are these people going to do for small urban places? It's pathetic. Customer service is just like a tele caller. Waste of talking to them. All they do is to tell a reason and they won't even bring the supervisor on their own to fix the issue.
