I have taken the AMC of Livpure Machine and recharged with 1 year plan from Aug 2024 to Aug 2025. But unfortunately I shifted somewhere within in city and called many times Livpure team to install the machine in March month. But nobody is providing proper response and always saying as raise request through his application and application is not supporting to shifting. From 1st March 2025 to till date there was no use of water and they have charged monthly subscription fee which has already lost. Till that time there was no solution from Livpure Team. Once recharge finished they have started auto calling for recharge and no call receiving from the team to check what's the issue for machine not working last 6 month. Finally in October they called me to cancel subscription and pick up the machine. Till the time I told them to provide written communication and they said first they will pickup the machine and then after they will send email and provide security deposit and today 24th Jan 2026 there is no any refund received from Livpure team. And I am suffering this issue last 3 Month they are harrassing me to take 1 month fee return approx 400-500. But I have paid security deposit approx 2k. I am requesting you to please intervene on below matter and help to receive my security deposit and 6 month subscription fee as I have not used the a single litre water from machine as it was not installed from March 2025 to till date.
