I would like to file a complaint against professional courier for the loss of my product .
A courier package with tracking ID:APZ6543016 was send from Ambalapuzha to Guruvayoor and was promised to deliverd with in 4,5 days .
The product is send from 15/10/2025 and I not get my product yet
And I go to the courier service but they were very careless of my product they told me that u buy another thing your online purchase
My money lost 2500
And also there were no camera and they were very irresponsible people working there plz take a action about this
Plz give my product or return my money back
