I have placed order for ghee from website loveforindia.com . Its been 20+ days and no response from them . Isent messages,tried calling, sent emails but no response received. Please tell me how to proceed with complaint against them as its not only about money but fraudulent activity also.

Step 1
If you have paid through UPI like paytm or googlepay, visit NPCI website and register your complaint.

File an Online complaint with National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal: https://cybercrime.gov.in

If they receive too many complaint, they will instantly banned the website and the payment gateway.
