I have a hotel booking in Bangkok from 5th to 7th December (Booking ID: NH21212493603440) at Crystal Suites Suvarnabhumi Airport.

I need to change the booking dates. We contacted the hotel directly, and they confirmed that they are willing to accommodate the date change. However, they informed us that the modification must be processed through MakeMyTrip.

When I try to change the dates on the MakeMyTrip app, it shows that I will receive ₹0 for the existing booking and will have to make the full payment again for the new dates. Since the hotel has already agreed to the date change, this doesn't seem correct.

It feels unfair someones hard earned money turning 0
