After entering the room, observed that all the linen was in dirtiest condition, I have ever met. Toilet sheet was most unhygienic & was looking that it was just used by any other person just before our arrival. Also the AC was not cooling. I asked the caretaker to change the linen & look for ac problem. He only changed linen & cleaned the toilet sheet a little bit. The changed bedsheet was a torn one. All this was done after 5 hours of our check in. I contacted the MMT customer care at around 16:00 hrs and they said that they will look into the matter. Then I again called MMT customer care at around 21:00 hrs, they were unable to reach to hotel owner so they couldn't resolve the issue. I personally requested the caretaker to give me some other room with proper AC. But he said he has no other room available. So no support from MMT customer care & hotel side.
Worst part is yet to come that I had to spend the night with my wife like inside a boiler. We even can't sleep continuously even for half an hour throughout the night. This was happening with me even after paying the room rent in advance. So I felt very helpless, humiliated that I was looted by MMT in broad daylight. I checked out early in the morning around 6:00 hrs because we couldn't sleep due to hot boiling room. I repeatedly requested the hotel customer care to change the room in night but he didn't listen to it. I was surprised that even the MMT has become so moral less that it has gone down to such an extent that it couldn't resolve this small issue after all these years of expertise in the industry. MMT, it's shame for you that you show off that you are no 1 in india, but with these incidents you should be given last ranking possible in india.
After reaching home I got call from MMT customer care, she merged my call with hotel caretaker. He told that linen was changed & toilet was cleaned, I agreed to it to some extent but main problem was ac. Now came the interesting part, MMT customer care agent said that there was no AC was mentioned in my booking voucher, she said that I booked deluxe studio room. So I searched my booking voucher on MMT app, it was showing AC in amenities. Now she changed the topic that she said to me that I should look in my voucher that AC room was booked or not. But actually she was blaming me initially for not booking the AC room, not looking the booking voucher carefully and demanding for AC room. So she said that as you have booked a room of which booking voucher doesn't include AC in amenities then they can't do anything. But when I showed her my booking voucher and it included ac as a room amenities then she was trapped. Now she was offering me a 500 rs. voucher. I said that I want my full refund as the stay was a torture. She said she can't give the refund. So MMT I will not let this matter go so easily. As I have suffered a lot just because your negligence and unprofessional approach. You & your customer care cell are not worthy of doing this business. Your ethics, which says that customer's convenience is your priority has gone down beneath the ground.
