Make my trip is not paying me refund..

My flight from Kuala Lumpur to trivandrum was delayed by 24 hours. I make a request to cancel that since I can get full refund on that. My airline already cancelled the flight buy make my trip is not giving me any refund. Also they still state that my flight is on time.

Please follow the steps mentioned below. If you have already contacted the company via email or customer care and have not received any response, kindly share the relevant details with us so that we may guide you further.

We recommend that you first send an email to the customer care department of the Make my Trip (grievanceofficer@makemytrip.com), clearly outlining your concerns and requesting for Compensation and also ask them to Refund the amount.

This step not only gives the Make my Trip a chance to compensate and refund but also helps strengthen your case if you decide to file a complaint with the Consumer Forum later..
