We are Officially booking partner for make my trip , We made booking for our customer Date10-04-2026 on there portal next day 11-04-2026 customer called me to cancel his booking and arrange refund and book new flight. So i called MAKE MY TRIP Customer CARE for refund process over the call they told me i will get Full refund So i informed customer for same after consent from customer i did canceled booking and i received conformation mail from make my trip that i will get Rs 23110 as refund , after all conformation i committed client same amount . so client said ok book other flight and cover refund amount as i am not giving you other money . so i booked other flight expecting i will get Full Refund .

but after one day i Received Only Rs 7514 so i called again to customer care and they said i will only get this. i called my representative( from make my trip) many times but he is not giving satisfactory answer, also i sent my complain over mail to Grievance team , CEO, Customer Care, Local Representative , Area manager but its been 3 weeks now i am not getting any specific answer.

To Prove My case
I have call Recording from make my trip customer care that i will get full refund ,
I have mail Conformation from make my trip about same amount .
I have all mail communication since then requesting to sort out this issue.

So I AM REQESTING ALL EXPERINCE MEMBER please help me with my next step
