Facts of the Case:

I booked a flight ticket from Jeddah (Saudi Arabia) to Delhi (India) through MakeMyTrip with the following details:

Booking ID: NN7AKL0171345794348

Travel Date: 08 April 2026

Due to unavoidable reasons, I cancelled the above ticket on the same day (08 April 2026).

After cancellation, the refundable amount of INR 85,307 was credited to my MakeMyTrip wallet.

I transferred the said amount from my MakeMyTrip wallet to my original payment mode, i.e., Bank Account No. 0334050000004344.

However, despite the transfer, the refund amount has not been credited to my bank account till date.

I have made multiple attempts to resolve the issue:

Sent emails to service@makemytrip.com and customerservice@makemytrip.com (no response received)

Contacted customer care and spoke with Ms. Debolina Dutta on 21 April 2026 and shared all details as requested

Despite repeated follow-ups, there has been no resolution, no refund, and no communication from MakeMyTrip.
Relief Requested:
  • Immediate refund of INR 85,307 to my bank account
  • Compensation for delay and inconvenience

Current Location: Jaddha, Saudi Arabi
