I have booked ticket from Kuwait Hyderabad which was round trip dated-18 march-2026 and return ticket is 28 march 2026. Unfortunately it was cancelled due to war situation, since from then iam keep on contacting consumer services people and they are replying that they still didn't receive amount from Airlines, which I guess is totally fake and misguiding information,today is 1 April Iam still waiting and keep on contact customer service support but they are telling same thing, where as my colleague has booked same flight ticket from some other travel company and they got refund in 2 to 3 days. I demand for my refund amount of ticket and also compensation amount of 2 lakh from misguiding me and giving me mental stress during this tough time...
Below I have attached screenshot of invoice and proof of cancellation of ticket and complaints raiser by me.
I kindly request you to look into this matter and resolve it as early as possible considering our bad circumstances.

Please follow the steps mentioned below. If you have already contacted the company via email or customer care and have not received any response, kindly share the relevant details with us so that we may guide you further.

We recommend that you first send an email to the customer care department of the Make my Trip (grievanceofficer@makemytrip.com), clearly outlining your concerns and requesting for Compensation and also ask them to Refund the amount.

This step not only gives the Make my Trip a chance to compensate and refund but also helps strengthen your case if you decide to file a complaint with the Consumer Forum later..
