I booked hotel on MMT app on October 15th for Nov 20-22 for 2 rooms and got confirmation mail. on Oct 27th informed that hotel has denied the booking. Confirmation from MMT did not say subject to hotel acceptance. Now i need to look for other options which will cost me more. repeated calls to MMT and they are unable to provide any resolution. Infact there is not even a mechanism to lodge a formal complaint! customer service and escalation desk have no resolution apart from apologising.
