I am writing regarding my Gulf Air booking (PNR: QHEIXG) scheduled on 13 March 2026 from Mumbai to Moscow, which was cancelled by the airline.

As the cancellation was initiated by the airline, I would like to inform you that I am entitled to a full refund of my ticket, irrespective of the fare conditions.

As per applicable aviation regulations, refunds for airline-initiated cancellations must be processed without any deduction.

If the refund is not processed within a reasonable timeframe, I may be constrained to escalate this matter to the appropriate aviation authorities.

After carefully reading your complaint regarding the cancelled Gulf Air booking, we understand that your flight from Mumbai to Moscow scheduled for 13 March 2026 was reportedly cancelled by the airline itself. If they already refunded the amount and provided you the reference number but the amount is not reflecting in your account, please contact your bank or payment provider.
