After many requests' amazons customer service not helping about my query.
I had ordered a folding bed Dates/06/2025. Order ID: 402-0866551-6985140.
This product is manufacturing defect found and very low standard material I am not satisfied that product . So I had claimed return request. On 16/06/2025. Request is approved.
After two days customer service contact me and ask this product not return our side you can return your side any courier service.
I had contact Blue Dart courier because he was delivered this product. Hello, ask me to ship cost Rs3500. Then I contact delivery courier he asked Rs 1950. DTDC courier not serviceable. Postal not accepted.
So kindly check and help me this issue.
