I wish to file a complaint against Mr. Abhishek Jani, owner of Johnny and Dives/World of Dives, for fraudulent practices. I paid him ₹5,00,000 for products he promised to deliver, but despite repeated follow-ups, no products were received. After taking the money, he blocked all my communication and has refused to respond or refund the payment. This amounts to cheating, financial fraud, and unfair trade practice under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. I request the Hon’ble Consumer Forum to take strict action against him, direct him to refund my money with interest, and compensate me for the harassment and loss caused.
