I have ordered the medicine on dtd 22.12.2025. at delivery time showing delivery time 22nd dec before 11.00pm. then Apollo delivery partner call me at 8.45 pm on dtd 22nd dec and tell me, mam I am staying in andheri and know I'm at bandra and your delivery area is opposite of my home way so I can't come to delivering your medicine. I tell it's urgent I want my medicine on urgent basis. Fir bhi he rescheduled my order without my approval. Then immediately I have raised the query in Apollo customer care same day of 22nd dec. Know is 23 dec 2nd day 9.54 pm till can't receive my medicine. Today same issue I have faced. There is showing out of delivery and after 2hrs showing reschedule the order. Then I connect to customer care no tell them my issues. They also not very serious about the medicine delivery. They take my issues on any important basis. I have attached all the chats.
