I have ordered their product on 24th june 2026 and paid in advance, their website says prepaid orders are shipped early, its 4th july 2026 still not received the order not the support from their end. I have all the related info on the mail and every evidence. I want my order value refunded immediately and Rs. 5,000 penalty for the mental harassment and the worst service of the business. I have directly ordered it from their website to get it early as possible. but their system is failed as the freedom of the today.
