I have booked my stay at sheron residency rewa through Goibibo app, Booking Id GH78175277823032
When I was reached hotel, found no secure and safe space for car parking, hotel owner wanted me to park car at road which was unsafe.
I have called thrice on goibibo customer support nos +911244331400, 01246280407 but haven't received procer response for 4 hrs which was not Right, they killed my prestigious working hours and harrassed me mentally and physically.
I have shared incident with goibibo gravience officer over email but it's painful to mention Till the time I haven't received any response on the concern
This above mentioned act of goibibo customer support team is completely unprofessional & gave me feel cheated and harrassed, also this act spoiled my mental peace
I request to get compensation for the same and punish responsible people
