My Name is Gagan Kohli ,i have purchased a reliance general insurance from policy bazaar ,on June 18 my car got an accident near Manesar Gurugram Haryana and i called to policy bazaar they told me to hand over my car to KI Mobility solution saviour street ,crossway republic, Ghaziabad ,i insist to give my car to Maruti Suzuki service centre near to my home but they said this is nice service centre and get good service ,i was not aware it is not registered centre from Maruti Suzuki list ,now till date i it has been 75 days ,still my car is not repaired and as it is not authorized centre from Maruti Suzuki ,i am afraid about ungenuine parts has been used in my car ,also where exactly my car was given ,yesterday i went there and found the centre has been shifted 2 months ago and there is no any information for the same ,i don't know where my car is ,i want to have the re imbursement of 2 and half month as the car is still not received. this is completely mis guide by policy bazaar and person Mr.Kanaiya also i have called him multiple times but i got arrogant reply
