Misleading Advertisement and Non-Provision of 5G Unlimited Data by Airtel

Despite having an active Airtel 5G recharge plan and a 5G-supported handset, I am not being provided with genuine 5G Unlimited data as advertised by Airtel.
Airtel clearly promotes and displays “5G Unlimited Data” for my plan. My device supports 5G, my SIM is 5G enabled, and Airtel 5G network coverage is available in my area. However, during actual usage, my data is being limited and reduced from my daily quota, which directly contradicts the advertised plan benefits.
This practice is misleading and amounts to false advertising, as customers are encouraged to recharge under the promise of unlimited 5G data but are not given the same in reality. I have already contacted Airtel customer care regarding this issue, but no proper resolution has been provided so far.
I request the concerned authority to:
Ensure that Airtel provides genuine 5G Unlimited data as advertised, or
Provide appropriate compensation/refund if the promised service cannot be delivered.
I request this complaint to be taken seriously and resolved at the earliest.
