I'm sharing this post with extreme dissatisfaction and frustration with an ongoing issue of order missing with Myntra.



It's been close to a week since I first raised my complaint. I've spoken to multiple customer service agents, raised multiple grievances on their grievance redressal ID and even spoken to multiple Level 3 escalation manager. All I've gotten are scripted responses like, "We understand your concern," "Myntra would not like you to face such things in the future," and, "Please give us 24-48 hours to provide a solution." Despite repeated assurances, no one has cared enough to actually solve my issue.

Sambav, Rashika, Anshu being the customer service manager, escalation desk supervisor and the case manager respectively, has denied to share myntra policies with me. My call was being disconnected from their end.

I know Myntra is a huge e-commerce company, and losing one customer might not matter to you. But is this really how you treat loyal customers who've trusted you with their money for almost 10 years?



On 30th march 2026, I ordered a pair of Fuark Shirts. The package was small that could only fit in one shirt. I never got the second shirt. I took pictures and presented it to them but they seemed that they do not care. This level of incompetence is infuriating. Since then, I've spoken to multiple agents, each asking me to wait another 24 hours for a solution that never came.

I have asked them to check with the person who delivered the product but they denied stating that its beyond their reach.
The delivery guy is the only witness who saw that there was only 1 shirt inside. I never received the other shirt.


I'm posting this publicly in hopes that someone from the customer service team will actually care enough to investigate the issue and process the refund of my order. This treatment is unacceptable, and I'm deeply disappointed in how Myntra has handled my case.
