I enrolled in a BTP Admin course at Srijan Institute after being assured that the classes would begin within a short period. Based on the institute's promises and commitments, I paid a course fee of ₹20,000 in good faith, expecting professional training and timely commencement of the program.

However, after making the payment, the institute repeatedly failed to start the classes on the promised dates. Instead of providing a definite schedule, they kept postponing the batch multiple times and gave several new dates without fulfilling any of them. These continuous delays caused unnecessary inconvenience, wasted my valuable time, and disrupted my career planning.

As the delays continued, I contacted the institute several times through emails and WhatsApp messages seeking clarification. Unfortunately, I did not receive any satisfactory response regarding the actual commencement of the course. Since the institute failed to deliver the service that had been promised at the time of enrollment, I decided to withdraw my admission and requested a full refund of the ₹20,000 that I had paid.

Despite submitting multiple refund requests through email and WhatsApp, the institute neither processed my refund nor provided any clear timeline for repayment. Days passed without any meaningful response from the management. Their lack of communication and failure to address my grievance demonstrated negligence and unprofessional conduct.

The institute's own published refund policy states that refund requests made within seven days may be considered if no services have been availed. It also mentions that if a batch is cancelled by the institute, students will be offered an alternative batch. In my case, no classes were conducted and the promised training was never delivered. Despite this, my refund request remained unresolved.

Due to the institute's failure to fulfill its commitments, I suffered financial loss, mental stress, and unnecessary harassment. I invested my money and trusted the institute based on its assurances, but instead experienced repeated delays, poor communication, and refusal to resolve my legitimate grievance. The entire experience reflects a clear deficiency in service and an unfair business practice.

Since the institute has failed to initiate my refund despite repeated requests, I have been left with no option but to seek legal remedies. I intend to pursue my complaint before the appropriate Consumer Commission and request that the authorities direct the institute to refund my ₹20,000

Hello @prateeksinha24

We have carefully reviewed the details of your complaint against Srijan Institute and Training Centre, Sector 62, Noida.

As per your submission, you enrolled in a BTP Admin course at Srijan Institute after being assured that classes would commence within a short period.
