Dear Team,

I booked one flight on 26/03/2026 at 1 pm with goibibo application, the flight got cancelled at4 pm. still i have not received my refund amount. get this fixed now. do not harass people and do not cheat people. Near about 40k fund is on hold for me. I tried to contact customer care of both goibibo and spicejet , but no one is responding.

Please return my hard earned money without deducting any charge,because airline had cancelled this flight,otherwise i will take that matter to the COURT of india.

Please follow the steps mentioned below. If you have already contacted the Goibibo customer care via email and have not received any response, kindly share the relevant details with us so that we may guide you further.

We recommend that you first send an email to the customer care department of the Goibibo (grievanceofficer@goibibo.com), clearly outlining your concerns, and requesting for Compensation and also ask them to Refund the amount.

This step not only gives the Goibibo a chance to compensate and refund but also helps strengthen your case if you decide to file a complaint with the Consumer Forum later..
