I am writing regarding an order placed on October 13, 2026, which has still not been delivered.
Despite regular follow-ups, your support team repeatedly assured me that the item would be delivered within two days. However, after a month of waiting, I received a message stating that my order was canceled. Furthermore, your customer service team has failed to provide a grievance matrix to escalate this complaint.
Please deliver my order immediately following Diwali. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to file a formal complaint with the Consumer Forum regarding these unfair practices.
