Hello Zoomcar,
i am writing this email to you bring your notice to my first experience with zoomcar.i booked a car first time from zoomcar on date 25 april 2025 for jaipur which i visited 04 may 2025. i reached jaipur on 04 may 2025 morning at 7am with my family i was very excited to get my car from zoomcar host. i supposed to get my car at 10am i called many times my host but he did not answer my car then i reached to host location with my family at 9.30am and i was keep calling to zoomcar host but i did not get responce from him.then finally i called to customer care and it takes 15 mnts waiting time to get in to touch with your customer support he asked me to wait and try to connect host and after 10 mnt what they said to me "sir host is saying car is not available right now" oh god.i think host should have informed me at night or before reaching me to location you can understand if you are a family man how i was feeling that time when me and my family waiting for car.
then your customer care agent asked me to find another car ok i did i booked another car and paid extra 500inr i called to zoomcar host again and you know what host told me "my car is in the garage how you booked this talk to customer care again and cancel it"
i called again customer care and it took again 15 mnt to reach then your agent asked me to wait let me confirm they called host and saying host car is in the garage and again they asked me to book another car i booked it 3rd car and called to host and finally car was available and host asked me to come and get your car i reached to host location which was 12km far away from 1 host location me and my family still standing on the road. booked the first car for 10AM but i got car 3rd at 11am my all schedule messed up just because of zoomcar service then i come back at 5.10am and i requested host to come at railway station and get beck your car he came at 5.35pm to railway station and my train time was 5.25pm i was about to miss my train (train pnr:2714811688).and i missed so many thing to do which i need to do in jaipur with my family.
i am going to take this incident in court and going to take legal action againts you and your host
i have some point which you need to improve with your services.
1. if host cannot provice service ask them to inform customer as soon as possible.
2. if car is not available it should be not showing to host in zoomcar app
3.if this happned to another customer which happned to with me host should give fine or compensation to customers
