I use porter for courrier then when I receive the product then the item is missing and the package is opened then I complain to the company then they deny me to give compensation . Please resolve my issue and I want compensation from them of missing item of value and the order I'd is CR38894241
 
My Samsung 55" led tv was damaged during the shifting of my households from Mumbai to Punjab. Initially the vendor comitted to repair the tv on his on own cost. Later denied by refusing our calls and using utter vulgar language. Request to compensate for the damage done to me and mental harrasment & the rude behaviour of the vendor
