I had ordered Rimezs women pointed toe block heel pumps on 19th Jan 2026 from Myntra website. I recieved the delivery on 25th Jan 2026, however the product didnt had the brand tag on it, also the product was not of the correct size. I have then placed a request to replace the product. The Myntra person came to pickup the product on 2nd Feb but did not take the product as there was no tag. I explained that this is how i have received the product but he denied. I have been talking to multiple associates from Myntra customer service and escalation team with no luck. I have already paid the amount for the product which i havent received yet. I have not recieved any resolution from Myntra and hence would like to register a case.
