I am facing a refund issue with Myntra regarding a cancelled prepaid order worth Rs. 1716.I ordered three shorts through UPI payment, and the order was cancelled from Myntra’s side due to a technical issue. However, I still have not received my refund.
I contacted customer support multiple times. Initially, they informed me that UPI refunds would be processed within one day, but later they kept extending the timeline and asking me to wait again and again without giving any proper resolution or refund reference number.
I also received a refund-related message on the day of cancellation, but the amount has still not been credited to my account.
This delay and lack of proper response from customer support is extremely disappointing. I request Myntra to immediately process my refund and provide proper clarification regarding the delay.
