I ordered 2 T shirts online at Myntra website for my wife. The total order value was Rs. 480/-. One is a Mack Jonney make T shirt (Order ID: # 1332369 75924271774903) and the other is a JOVO make T shirt (Order ID: # 1332369 75924271774903). The Mack Jonney T shirt was delivered as promised and my wife liked the product in terms of looks and fittings. The other T shirt was also delivered on schedule. But my wife did not like the product shape and design. Moreover it was not fitting her properly. I did not bother to check the brand and size of the product since it was matching the item ordered so far as physical look and appearance are concerned. Moreover, I did not know anything about the brand called JOVO. While searching items in the Myntra website, I liked the product and ordered it. Brand was never a preference while ordering. Hence I did not cross check the brand and size of the T shirt upon receipt. Also, since it cost me just Rs. 259/-, I was not very particular about cross checking if the brand was correct or not. Any ways, since my wife did not like the product I opted for an exchange. This time I ordered a Taavi Ikkat Cotton Dupatta (Order ID: # 1333507 19610130929803) in exchange of the T shirt. I paid the difference amount of Rs. 177/-. The delivery person came for the exchange on 20th June, 2026. But on seeing the T shirt, he refused to take it back and hand over the dupatta, saying that the brand of the t shirt is not matching with the brand ordered. Also he said that the ordered item was one shade lighter in colour (which I still not agree). On inspecting I found that the T shirt was of 'BLAZZE' make and not of JOVO brand. He asked me to talk to Myntra for resolution. Since then I have been repeatedly following up with Myntra over phone and chat messages. Even I have lodged a complaint to their grievance cell. But as per Myntra, they have investigated the matter and found that the correct item was delivered from their end. This implies that I am cheating Myntra by trying to exchange a different product claiming that it was a wrong delivery from their end. And apparently I am taking all these pain for a product costing me merely 250/-!!1. On their request I have sent a photo of the product delivered as well. I have decided to take legal action against this false allegation and hence this complaint. It is not for the money (Rs. 259/- is a very small amount), but for Myntra not accepting their fault and rather indirectly making a false allegation on me.
