Subject: Complaint Against Myntra for Wrong Product Delivery and Unfair Rejection of Return/Refund
Dear Sir/Madam,
I, Vartika Jha, would like to formally raise a complaint against Myntra regarding a wrong product delivery and the unfair rejection of my return/refund request.
I had ordered the product "arangya Bandhani Zari Art Silk Bandhani Saree" from Myntra (Order ID: 132605630980734763001). However, upon delivery, I received a completely wrong product inside the package.
I would like to highlight the following important points:
The package was opened in front of the delivery executive, and I have valid proof of unboxing which clearly shows that the product inside the package was incorrect.
Despite providing this proof multiple times to Myntra’s customer support and escalation team, my return request has been repeatedly declined without any valid justification.
Myntra is continuously stating that:
The product passed quality check
Correct product was shipped as per packaging footage
Package was sealed
However, these statements only confirm the outer packaging condition and do NOT prove that the correct product was actually inside the package at the time of delivery.
Myntra has refused to share any packaging or dispatch proof, citing internal policy, which is unfair and lacks transparency.
I have also raised this issue on the National Consumer Helpline (1915) and e-Jagriti platform, where the company has given the same generic response without addressing my actual proof.
It is important to note that no genuine customer escalates a matter to consumer forums unless they have been genuinely wronged and denied a fair resolution.
Due to this issue, I have suffered financial loss, mental stress, and loss of trust in the platform.
