Hi Team,
I placed an order (Order # OD437343304310788100) for a remote control on 19th April which was delivered on 28th April. After I found that the delivered item is different than ordered so immediately the return request was raised with a replacement option.
The return request waited till 19th May for pickup but nobody came to pick up and no refund/replacement was arranged.
After calling customer care, I was suggested to cancel the return option and the executive asked me to raise a request again after 48 hours. Today i called the customer care again and Mr. Suman (customer care executive who is utterly non-cooperative and unprofessional on call) told me that the return/replacement is not possible as per the return policy.
Here my concern is when I raise a timely replacement request for a wrongly delivered product, I shouldn't be penalized.
Need your help in raising a complaint for refund of may money.
