Dear Flipkart and Elica Team
We ordered the chimney (model mentioned below) yesterday evening but the size is not compatible with our kitchen. By mistake, we placed the order for the 90 cm model; however, we require the 60 cm model.
Please initiate a return or exchange for the 60 cm model with the same model and warranty.
However, we have discussed this multiple times with both Flipkart and ELICA customer care but have not received a positive response from either.
Flipkart stated that written confirmation required for the exchange from ELICA
and Elica said only Flipkart can replace or refund
Please help
