I had undergone eye test in Lenskart, HSR Layout outlet, Bengaluru and was prescribed spectacles as per their test results. But, even after about a month my problem of blurred vision in new spectacles did not get solved. On taking up with their staff, I was suggested to undergo eye test with some qualified eye specialist and buy new spectacles. When I asked them that why some unqualified person tested me at their outlet earlier, the concerned person told that he is not answerable for such questions. Even the frames of the specs had become loose within one month, for which I was told that return time was only one month. This is the heights of their reckless service. I took up the matter with their support team and lodged a complaint with consumer forum, but all in vain.

Now, I want to file a suit against them with consumer court. I need specimen formats of mandatory documents to be uploaded for filing the suit. Kindly provide me the same and also suggest me if any other legal remedy is available to me

We recommend that you first Send a detailed email to support@lenskart.com outlining your issue, including previous Spectacles and eye test details and request Compensation within 7 days.

If they already refunded the amount and provided you the reference number but the amount is not reflecting in your account, please contact your bank or payment provider.

This step not only gives the Lenskart a chance to refund but also helps strengthen your case if you decide to file a complaint with the Consumer Forum later.
