I had ordered a top on MYNTRA on 8th Sep, 2026 at 12:15 AM .
I cancelled it on 12:52 AM on the same day itself(8th Sep, 2026) .
I made the payment through BHIM UPI.
MYNTRA has not yet credited my refund amount and their customer care agents are only sending me the bank reference number.
I have checked the RRN with bank officials but they are saying there has been no refund from MYNTRA'S side.
I am attaching the proof for my grievance below as well.
Please look into this matter .
