We recommend that you first send an email to the customer care department of the
Make my Trip (
grievanceofficer@makemytrip.com), clearly outlining your concerns and requesting for
Compensation and also ask them to
Refund the amount.
This step not only gives the
Make my Trip a chance to compensate and refund but also helps strengthen your case if you decide to file a complaint with the Consumer Forum later..

You can also send Legal Notice via registered post at
Make my Trip Head Office.
