No refund or return by Swiggy Instamart after defective Item delivery

Yesterday I ordered 3 cat litters (5kgs each) from Swiggy Instamart but one of the pack came with less quantity of the product in seal... I emailed them to change the product or take return the item and initiate refund but they refused saying they have no such policies or rules. This is how they are deceiving people everyday.. Please take the necessary action against them as soon as possible..
