I am purchasing mi brand earbuds from Flipkart. The product is not working and I am going to mi service centre for replacement but they told me this product is not sale in india so they can't replace. I spoke with customer care but they need the rejection letter from the service centre. They try to make rejection letter but the serial entering their website it shows this product not sale in india so they can't make job sheet. So I can't use the product and no replacement.
