Dear Sir
I had purchased a Eureka Forbes water purifier model no. AOUAGUARD BLAZE INSTA WS RO+ UV HOT & AMB GWPDIRUHA03B00 2260612046040702 on date 07/04/2025 vide invoice no I26060001302.for Amount of ₹ 21499/-from Eureka Forbes official website.(Copy of Invoice attached)
Warranty Status: That the said product was sold with a comprehensive warranty period of -, valid until 24 April 2026
Nature of Defect: That on 13 January 2026, the product stopped functioning correctly due to water leakage . As of the date of this complaint, the product remains under warranty.
Repeated Reminders: That the Complainant lodged multiple service requests via the official helpline and mobile application. Details are as follows:
Service request no. CM-130126-650916619 booked on 13/01/2026 still unresolved.
Emails regarding this is being attached herewith for reference.
Deficiency in Service: That despite repeated reminders and the lapse of [3 weeks], the Opposite Party has failed to send a technician or rectify the defect. This inaction has caused immense mental agony and physical hardship due to lack of clean drinking water.
