I have purchased a water bottle online manufactured by Solara, after a month I see the inner layer is getting peeled off, so I tried to request for a warranty claim though WhatsApp, I have waited for more than a month with no response, I tried calling the customer service but could not connect after a long wait time.
I need your help to file a complaint against Solara to atleast accept my warranty claim request.

If they already refunded the amount and provided you the reference number but the amount is not reflecting in your account, please contact your bank or payment provider.
