I placed an order on 27th December on the Quikstich online platform for one jacket for a total amount of ₹399. I got a message that I will receive updates through test message, However there is no updates yet, even the site doesn't allow me to track the order.
I have already sent an email regarding this issue, but I have not received any response from your side yet.
I request you to please look into this matter on priority.

File an Online complaint with National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal:

Step 3
File a complaint with Payment Gateway Service Provide

If they receive too many complaint, they will instantly banned the website and the payment gateway.
