Non Delivery of Ordered Furniture Even after 39 Days

I had ordered shoe rack from https://www.pepperfry.com/ on 29.09.2025 with the payment of Rs. 12999.00 upfromt(Prepaid order). Even after 42 days have been passed the order is not yet delivered.

I had contacted them through email multiple time and they had give that it will be delivered on 09.11.2025 but againt it is still showing at Pune and could not give exact delivery date.

Contacting them through chat is impossible to reach as the timing is fixed and responses are so late that the customer s can not reach them.
They do not have toll free numbers so you can not reach them.
Email replies are standard and no proper response.
No reply on social media handle.
Now i have escalated to The grievances officers and have to wait for their reply.

Now when i required to cancel the order they are saying it can not be done to SAVE INTEREST OF ARTISANS WHO MADE IT. What about the customer who ordered and paid for it and waited for days.
Now i need to take to consumer court for cancelation of order and refund of my money,
