I booked SpiceJet Flight SG 130 from Kolkata to Delhi dated 26 November 2025 through Goibibo (PNR RBH2KC). The flight was cancelled by the airline. Despite cancellation, the ticket fare refund of ₹4,089 has not been credited to me. SpiceJet claims the refund was processed to the travel agency, while Goibibo has not credited the amount. I am seeking refund of the ticket fare.
