Key concerns:

  • Product delivery has been repeatedly rescheduled without proper tracking information provided.
  • Refund initiation has not been completed despite the product not being delivered.
  • Customer service agents have given false assurances and misleading offers.-please find the attachment .Please find the Attachments
  • EX: Replacement products are not available, and communication has been inconsistent.
This situation reflects a breach of trust and poor customer service. I request immediate action to either deliver the product promptly with valid tracking details or initiate a full refund without further delay.

I will be submitting this complaint against Amazon regarding Order ID: 407-9412174-3967566 (Tracking ID: 370604573225) in Consumer Court for False Assurances .
