Hi Team,
I have purchased few Plants, Coco pit, and few pots on phone call with Terra Organics Nursery .i already told them earlier on phone that i dont want big pots
but they insisted me to buy big pots , so i told them that i will check the size and if its too big i will return them. but now after delivering the product
i didnt like the product because quality is not good of pot and also its very big, so i have returned them the product, now the product is with them
but they are not giving my refund back , they are telling to exchange , which i dont want
i have literally return they product within mins 2 or 3 mins i returnd them the product on call explained , am attaching the screenshot
now when i called them sukumar is the employee 07995240622 he was kind but , the owner name Narahari 9177775560
he is telling to employee that he will cut money from his employee salary to refund me, the employee called me and said this , this is really very sad in our country
to blackmail the employees like this , please react and help to process my refund amount 2250
