1. Refer to my order id 1325731 25308862796901 and 1324846 09131856835803.
2. It is intimated that I have placed above referred Myntra orders for Libas yellow colour flower print kurta with trouser and dupatta & Geometric woven design round neck straight kurta with trouser and dupatta which was delivered on 22nd March. Above both orders were returnable orders for my address PIN codes.
3. However, I have generated Exchange requests on 23rd March ie well before the return period of 30th Mar. But still my return request has not been generated. In the Myntra app, it was showing that exchange/return service on my order address is not available.
4. Therefore, I have contacted help section of Myntra but my request went on deaf ears and my exchange/return has not been generated till date. In this regard, my return/exchange request is placed at attachment.
5. In view of the above, it is hereby again requested to expedite the same at an early date. Failing to do so, then kindly it is requested to intimate reason for not taking up the matter through consumer court for lapse in providing necessary services despite my legal rights.
