Not providing warranty, asking for more money

This is in regards of the complaint against the vendor who worked in our flat for interior work
As after providing warranty in the work he is not picking up the phones and when called from different number he is denying to fix the faults and saying we need to pay him more as there were few items he forgot to put on quotation.We already have paid him 4,10,000 and he is asking for 13000 more to provide service for the repair work, or else we need to wait till he get contract from someone in our society for interior and then he will get it repaired. It can be 1 week, 1 month or may be 1 year
When warned him that we will lodge a police complaint he started misbehaving .Request you to please save us our hard earned money .

We understand that the Landspace Interior has not responded to your requests and asking money for repair work, despite you have paid the complete amount as per the agreement.

In such a situation, we suggest that you proceed by sending a legal notice to the Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of the Landspace Interior, formally requesting a resolution of your issue. Kindly allow them a 15-day period to respond to the notice.

If you do not receive any response within this timeframe, please revert to us. We will then guide you through the process of filing a case in the Consumer Forum.
