After that on
21.09.2025 received my order but his Keyboard not working. In this regard
raised a issue on same date i.e 21.09.2025 with flipkat. After that on
26.09.2025 HP tec representative checked and issue a DOA letter and advised
that contact with Flipkart customer care. But today on dater that my
request for replacement of above laptop was rejected after contacted with
the customer care of Flipkart then say I can't do any thingb .so you have
requested kindly look into the matter and resolved the isuue early as
possible .
