Not solving issue and repeated closure of complaint without resolution – Jeeves Insurance Claim

Dear Sir/Madam

I would like to bring to your attention the continued delay and repeated closure of my complaint without any resolution.

I purchased a washing machine from Flipkart on 26/03/2023, which was delivered on 28/03/2023. Along with the product, I also purchased Jeeves Insurance for extended protection.

I raised a service request on 26/11/2025 due to an issue with the washing machine. However, despite multiple follow-ups, the issue has not been resolved and the complaint has been closed repeatedly without proper action by the Jeeves agent Abdul +91 93813 65424‬ and not picking calls.

Complaint closed on 07/12/2025
Re-raised on 08/12/2025, then closed again on 22/12/2025
Re-raised once more on 23/12/2025, with no resolution till date

It has now been over a month, and I am still facing the same issue. This has caused significant inconvenience and hardship.

I request you to kindly look into this matter urgently, provide a permanent resolution, and ensure my insurance coverage is honored as per the policy terms.
